The Australia Design Unit has a new entrepreneurial initiative for Australian designers called Springboard:
The program covers sustainable best practice, financial management, contractual law, media relations, IP, manufacturing process, retail and export strategy. Mentors include eco-design specialist John Gertsakis, Swedish market strategist Mats Ekström, and former brand consultant for Apple Computer Europe Bradford Gorman.
